We have just completed a bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom renovation with Bathroom Elegance. From design to installation by the Bathroom Elegance team to install by Gavin Haddock, we have been delighted. We made some changes as the install progressed and the team accommodated us and ensured that everything was delivered as needed. We would recommend Bathroom Elegance/Wetwall works to anyone looking for bathroom renovation. First class service from a friendly and knowledgable team.
We chose materials for our walls and floor today. John, was so helpful! Pleasant and good advice. Lots of beautiful choices. We found the whole experience hassle free. Would absolutely recommend.
Nice place
Unable to obtain copy of contract despite talking, phone calls and text message. Being told that you pay for a service and not by the hour, is a bit of a cop out for poor service. TWO wrong door units sent for under the sinks, one replaced with smaller unit (aparently) at the same cost, still waiting for other unit to be fixed. Less than impressed with the after sales service. Once they got your money they dont care. Would not be likely to use them again unless they improve.
