We have visited the superstore on a couple of occasions- to get ideas( great selection of products on display) and then to place an order. All staff have been welcoming but special mention to Nathaniel who on both occasions offered friendly advice with exceptional customer service

Went to the bathroom and plumbing store at Tonbridge for some replacement ceramic tap glands. Mine were a more unusual size. Jason was brilliant, searching until he found a couple of possible replacements. Very patient, thorough, personable and of course successful. A great asset to the company. Many thanks.
