Friendly knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Just had a complete bathroom refurb and purchased almost everything from this store. Great help, staff knew exactly what I needed, phoned up the supplier and ordered the exact shower cartridge I needed. Even threw in a free o-ring I lost for the shower faceplate.
