I returned to your company after some fifteen years because we found it to be a pleasant experience and we loved the result. This time I felt it was all a little disconnected. The guys were very hardworking and nice with it, but the wrong towel rail arrived, the flooring people were unaware that the step edges needed renewing so I am still waiting for these, and for a new bath panel. I hope the other minor problems can be ironed out when these goods arrive.

Had BMAS install my wet room almost 3 years ago ,top class job carried out, noticed a small flaw with the floor last month, called the BMAS office to report this, within a few days they had a fitter attend the house to check the issue out. 1 week later they had the floor replaced. The after sales service is 1st class, great company, very professional work force, would highly recommend BMAS to anyone thinking about installing a wet room in their property.

Brilliant Service We are delighted with my father's new bathroom. BMAS staff were friendly and efficient, designing and creating a new bathroom that fits Dad's needs perfectly. The fitting is to a very high standard and was carried out with care taken to minimise any disruption. Safety was a big issue before we contacted BMAS but Dad can now use his bathroom with confidence and ease.

Thank you to all advisers (especially Colin Hogg) and employees who visited us and worked so hard and consistently on our new wet room, which was completed within an amazing 4 days as had been promised. We are delighted with the finished room, so wanted to acknowledge BMAS for their workmanship and excellent customer care. Colin went well beyond what was required and what we had expected. A huge thanks!

Great integrated team work from all the different trades required to replace the bathroom for a wet room in my 92 year old Mum’s house - all very professional and efficient and they couldn’t have been more helpful. So glad we went with BMAS
