Excellent workmanship, very attentive from start to finish nothing was a bother, very clean & tidied up at end of day, would highly recommend BMAS
Do not use this company!! I had instructed this company to remove existing bath and replace with walk in shower as my husband has MND Works started end of January, due to be completed in 1 week. The work is still incomplete after months and left like a building site. Customer service is shocking. I’ve now had to take this to a lawyer. Very unprofessional
My wife has a serious illness and was in hospital and in order to allow her to return home it was necessary to change the bathroom from a bath to a wet room to be able to provide bathing. The physio department in the hospital had a list of recommended installation companies of which BMAS was on that list. Many thanks to the BMAS team for giving us a lovely walk in shower. It was in response to pressure from our daughters that we looked into replacing the shower over the bath with a safer arrangement and went to BMAS for advice. From the first discussion with Leigh to the completion of the work 10 days later the whole process was perfectly managed and executed. From the first contact - we completed an on-form and were called within 15 minutes - the service we received from BMAS was outstanding! Our sales lady Leigh visited us and after a trip to the showroom to choose our fittings she returned and double checked all the measurements and firmed up our quote!
