I am currently staying in 48 Eastbourne Avenue BA1 6EN and we are having a lot of problems. The house was considered uninhabitable as we had a wasp infestation. It was there before we moved in, in July and has only been dealt with Recently in November. This meant that toxic chemicals were required to remove them, again posing a risk to us as tenants.
