My elderly father is a heart patient and has had a severe skin rash/ condition for several months which is unbearable for him but this so called GP service has done nothing for him, and they don't seem to know what the problem is. It took them ages to refer my father to dermatology. I don't want to give even 1 star. Absolutely awful neglect, and meandering, and incompetence from these so called medical professionals. I recently had a frustrating experience with this GP practice that left me feeling disappointed and neglected. Excellent surgery with a vast range of services, clinical pharmacists, nurses and doctors. Particularly Dr O Janjua and Dr A Mayor whom are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, willing to go over and beyond their medical duty. Never had an issue with booking an appointment with a doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
