Julian is an apparently lovely bloke that does a very poor quality job, won't address the issues and becomes rude when asked, and said that a better job would have cost us more but of course that wasn't mentioned when he came round to quote. The claimed guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. The pictures show the quality of work Julian thinks is acceptable and the one "fix" he tried. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else.
A shampoo holder fell off the wall and made a hole in our bath. I then poorly tried to fix it myself before contacting Julian. Julian was able to come out the following day and fixed the bath in an hour and I cant see any evidence of the damage any more. Very happy with the results!
