We changed a tub/shower to just a shower with an installed shower chair. Salesman and installer were both professional and knowledgeable. Installer was prompt, polite and friendly and took great care and pride in his work. Job was completed as scheduled in a timely manner and the work site was left clean. We were very pleased with the overall experience as well with the finished product.
From the day we made contact with the company they have been nothing but professional. Our options (remove tub, install walk in shower) were explained to us in detail with work to be done and the costs. The workmen arrived on time, went over the work order to make sure everyone was on the same page, spread drop cloths where ever they would be working and got to work. It was done in one day and is beautiful!
My husband & I recently had our old tub & surround replaced with a walk-in shower from Bath Planet. We could not have had a better experience! From the person who came to give us a price to the person who installed the shower, everyone we dealt with was professional & personable. Our new shower is exactly what we wanted.
We are very pleased with Bath Planet. From the Sales personnel to the follow up from the office to the installers everything was handled with professionalism with a personal touch. Especially the installers. They took great care while in our home and we thoroughly appreciated not only their talent but their caring nature, too.
The folks from Bath Planet were very good to work with. From the sales person to the person who called and kept us notified of the progress of when they would be arriving to the two installers, all were pleasant, friendly and efficient. The shower looks amazing and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to update their tub or shower.
