I interviewed several bath remodel companies. Bath Planet in my opinion had the best product, warranty and competitive price! They worked with my strange work schedule and hours and completed both bathrooms quickly! The bathrooms look beautiful and are a joy to use. When they were done there was no mess, smell or any indication my home had just had major work done. Thanks again to Greg, Matt, Kelly and Donna for all the help!
I recommend Bath Planet as an outstanding and trusted quality business. We were very impressed with the professional service we experienced. I just wished we had done this earlier. The one day install was ideal and Matt was very professional and friendly. We have another shower to do and are hoping to call on their services again in the future.
The job done by Bath Planet was exceptional. The installer (sorry - can't remember his name) was professional and enjoyed having him in my house. It looks beautiful and I'm sorry I wasn't able to do it sooner.
Bath planet did our bathroom remodel. Each person that was here was accountable, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Kelly was our install person. He gave us some very good advice and went above and beyond To help us out of some unforseen issues. I've dealt with other bathroom install companies and would highly recommend bath planet above the others.
Install went quick and expertly done. Very pleased with the results. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower head; it is a water waster and has three settings two of which are totaly worthless to me, so I bought a 2.5 gpm head and switched it out. Want the old one back?
I was quite pleased with the professionalism of Matt who installed the shower update we ordered. He was always on-time and let us know what he was doing and what to expect in the future. I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone who was looking for the same type of remodel. One minor quibble, we had a shower faucet that I had installed before the remodel and it was removed and disposed of. I would have liked to have it returned to me instead.
We recently had Bath Planet remodel our tub/shower...they did an absolutely amazing job....we are so pleased and impressed with our new tub/shower....it’s beautiful...more than we anticipated...high quality products and superior installation...
We are very pleased with the company. From start to finish each phase was handled with professionalism and respect. Our sales representative was very positive and listened to what we wanted to accomplish and put together the perfect project. Our installer (Kelly) is a super worker. He arrived on time both days and was very respectful. Our walk-in shower is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Bath Planet!
Very good to do business with. They did what they said they would do, the work was done as expected, the installer was great, and the price was fair and competitive. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
