The first time we used Bath Planet was for our master bath shower area. We had some trouble with a clip breaking with the door. They were out immediately & fixed. We really like the shower area, it seems so much bigger than it was. This latest project was our main bath shower/tub. All the work was done in one & half days. Greg W***** came to our home to give us guidance and bid on a tub removal and walk in shower install. He showed us our options with design, materials, installation and cost. We discussed the options, agreed to the terms, and set a date for install. Greg was thorough and professional. I feel that Bath Planet from Spokane,WA is a very good business to deal with. I live in the Tri-Cities and had a shower installed three years ago and I started having a hammer noise behind the wall about three months ago. They sent one of their installers that very day and fixed it. What happened was that their person, who no longer works for them, neglected to secure the pipes correctly. They charged me nothing and the personal rep was very apologetic.
The Bath Planet of Spokane Valley did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodeling : 1) they replaced all older wooden walls that needed a fix; they finished the project before the deadline . The bathtub looks beautiful, and works as expected.

Bath Planet gave me itemized cost estimate and explained the various options and choices, answered all questions and gave a timeline for the project. The installers arrived on time, were very professional and worked with us to set the accessories exactly as we wanted. They even stayed a little late to complete the install rather than coming back the next day. We are very satisfied with the experience and finished product.
I recently contracted with Bath Planet to install a Jetted tub with heater in my master bath. Stacey W., their sales rep, was very helpful in choosing the tub I wanted and processing the order. The entire installation, which included custom wiring and a 3 wall Vinyl tub surround reaching all the way to the ceiling, was completed in one day including cleanup and removal of all debris.The installers were very professional.
