I am very happy with my walk in shower. Matt and Malachi did a wonderful job. On time and polite. Also with the service of the sales person. They took my old tub out and replaced it with a new walk in shower . I would recommend their service any time. If you need this job done call them . That is why I give them a five star review. Way to go bath planet. I got other bids as well they were the best customer service out there.Well done.

Bath Planet did a great job of replacing our shower. We have an older home with small bathroom with a tile shower. The removal of the older shower was well executed with no damage to the surrounding walls or moldings. The replacement shower installation beautifully done. We are quite happy with our and fully functional shower.
We are very happy with our new walk in shower. The installer was on time and got done in 2 days. He was careful not to let or dog or cat out of the house which we appreciated. He didn't mind answering questions as he worked. The completed shower is wonderful. We're still getting used to having glass doors. it has greatly improved the look of our bathroom.
Joe & Virginia Erick our Bath Planet installed was the BEST! Our older home had a floor issue and Erick went the extra mile to make sure our new shower install was solid and done right. We were impressed with his honesty and determination to make sure everything was done to code and above that. The completed job was beautiful and we would recommend Bath Planet and especially this installer to anyone.
Bath Planet representatives Donna and Matt were very prompt, courteous, and professional in all our contacts by telephone and in person. We were told the installer, Matt, would arrive by 8:00 am on September 20, 2018. He left Spokane at 5:00 am and was standing at our door exactly at 8:00 am! He proceeded to confirm all materials ordered and the work we had agreed upon wit J*** ***** on July 28, 2018. Sales Rep. Jake was very polite and explained every thing in detail. He was very professional, he told us it would take 1-2 days to complete the job. Donna called us on Wednesday and said they could start Thursday { the next day } she said Matt would be here at 8:00 a.m., Matt came at 8:00 AM Matt did a very professional job and he was finished by 6;00 pm that day. He cleaned everything up I'm sure he was tired because he left Spokane at 5;00 AM and drove three hours and worked till 6;00 PM. We highly recommend Bath Planet
Donna at Bath Planet said installer would arrive at 8:00 a.m. on 09/20/18. Service installer arrived at 8:00 am on the 20th. He was polite and started taking old shower out. He had our new shower installed and working at 6 P.M. on the 20th. One day as promised We had old shower installed by a contractor { took him 5 days } and he had to come back 4 times because of leaks.
