Maintained contact with us through the time materials were being obtained, and in scheduling installation, including reminders as installation neater. Installer Tom was spot on time arriving. Well from the first visit with Jim, to inspect, help us choose, and give us the price, it has been an unbelievable experience. We are doing so many remodeling jobs on our 120 year old house, and sometimes it is hard to find anyone to take the time to even return our calls. Bath Planet did an exceptional job on my bath remodel from start to finish! They sent Troy out all by himself to complete the largest shower he’d ever built and he did excellent work! I’m a very satisfied customer and will be referring them to anyone I know needing work done and I’ll be calling them again for 2nd and 3rd bathrooms when I’m ready! Good job Troy! ??
From the beginning of the process when Jim came to bid the job, to visiting the showroom & discussing the various options with Kelly and seeing them in person, to the actual installation by Cameron & Troy, it was a positive experience.
