Had our tub and shower enclosure replaced. Everything was removed down to studs. The worker kept the area clean as he progressed. He corrected a few structural defects and put everything in better than it was previous. And it only took him two days. Left us with a stunning shower and tub. I would highly recommend bath planet to anyone.
Bath Planet representatives were friendly, professional, and accommodating from the start. By phone or in person, that is a big reason I chose them. Had to wait a couple of months for my shower to arrive, but installation was done by ******************* and was quick, efficient, clean, and thorough, down to the studs and insulation. Well done, *** and Bath Planet employees.
Excellent! With the Supply Chain issues we received text messages on a regular basis to keep us informed. Our installer was an Army Vet and he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner with very little mess and the final result is outstanding! I would absolutely recommend this Company!

Perfect ! Bath planet installers and their sales representative customized it exactly as we wanted, explained everything well before doing the steps in installation and answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. They were very thorough throughout the installation.
We are very pleased with our new shower. **** was the installer. He showed up on time, explained everything well and answered all questions. He was very friendly and respectful. He cleaned up as he went along and left the bathroom in great shape. Again, we are very pleased.
