Richard was very helpful in getting me ready for the London marathon. I had what I thought was a hamstring issue but it turned out to be a back issue. Over several sessions Richard helped uncover the issue and then resolve it. Highly recommend for any kind of sports injury!
Richard is very emphatic and knowledgeable and managed to locate the issue with my shoulder. Through exercise, massage and ultrasound the pain has now almost gone away. Can only recommend.
