I registered they moved, I call to book an appointment first time in 12 months and I’m de registered by them, can’t book an appointment have to fill forms again. Never received any correspondence to say I had to do anything. Now I can’t book an appointment when I need it and my health is dependent on their admin. Sensible world I give up. Rude receptionist also. Made it seem like it was my fault shame on you lot! I’m a front line keyworker in a global pandemic and this is my support.
My elderly mother has difficulty getting her prescriptions, can never get an appointment, the surgery is closed willy nilly on random days without warning. Dreadful service.
