BLM took over St Peter’s Place management on 1st of Jan 2025. It’s very impressive to see the difference when compared to the previous property management. 1. Their chosen contractors (with assigned maintenance tasks) are doing a proper job. 2.Their budget / service charges / accounts are precise, timely and transparent. 3. Their communication is fast, clear, with no waste of time. My only regret is about not using them sooner.
