We were shown around a property by Jenny and having had a lot of experience with many estate agents in Bath Jenny really stood out for her honesty. We eventually decided for a house through a different agency but Jenny nevertheless was extremely generous with her time, giving advice and sharing contacts for tradespeople. It is really wonderful to deal with someone who has such integrity and generosity of spirit.

I viewed a flat with Bowerhouse a while ago and was really taken aback by how rude the staff member was. She barely engaged during the viewing and when the next people arrived, she didn’t even say goodbye or acknowledge me, just ignored me completely. It came across as arrogant and unprofessional. Based on that experience alone, I wouldn’t want to rent through this company.
We rented a property through Bowerhouse and had to move out due to abuse from Jenny Bower. When we first moved in our fridge wasn't working and there was no hot water. This was eventually fixed 2 weeks later after multiple emails and phone calls. We then had structural problems with the house which caused damp and mold, the whole time we were blamed for our "lifestyle" and expected to pay to run a large industrial dehumidifier to dry out the wall while waiting months for a contractor to come and fix the walls outside.
