Absolutely fantastic car repair service from Adrian at Bates Motor Repairs in Whitstable. Adrian helped me recently with a diagnostics check for my older, now-discontinued hybrid Toyota that is not in great shape… sadly the news wasn’t good (essentially it would cost more to fix it is more than the car is worth). reliable, honest and very communicative. would highly recommend. Fixed a timing chain fault last year and the car has been faultless since. incredibly professional and thorough.
Yes I would recommend him to the King. Every aspect they undertake to satisfy a Customers needs and more . Going there for a caliper later today . I would drive from London to get the service they give. Fetching and carrying customers to leave vehicle and collect us .
