My first review ever but I felt my treatment was pretty appalling. While the floor was well laid, the overall experience was deeply frustrating and upsetting, a first in my 55 years of renovating properties. First quote clear and agreed. 14sq m floor. £18 per sq m for 3m skim = £252. But then came the Build Up quote. Great selection of carpets ... very helpful staff and brilliant fitting of stair carpet ... well pleased
Have been using this company for years. Very good selection of vinyl flooring. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and their prices are reasonable.
Now ordered my carpet. Staff were very friendly no problem whatsoever. I always get my carpets from there. Very pleased.
