Would never use these solicitors again. Made a sad situation unnecessarily hard, continuously putting up obstacles without offering any solutions. Lacked any empathy or sympathy and I was met with sarcastic comments and rudeness, not what you need while dealing with the death of a loved one.

Had a positive experience with this company. I cannot thank Suman enough for everything she did! She is amazing at what she does, kind and very professional. Would highly recommend her.

We used Stephanie Charlesworth and her team for our sale and purchase. The sale and purchase were agreed early December 24 and even with a 2 week Christmas office closure - we completed on 26th Feb 25. The service couldn’t have been better and we only spoke to the office once or twice throughout the process. We would happily use Bassets again and would recommend them. Thank you Steph and your team for a seamless transaction.
