It took 6 months for the completion to take place. This was for a first-time buyer, and the vendor had no forwarding address to move to. Correspondence was slow, and telephone calls were not taken by conveyancer or secretary on certain days as "too busy." I found the whole process frustrating and would certainly not recommend Bassets solicitors Gillingham Kent

Mixed response from Bassets. I spoke with one branch who was very happy to help and pleasant to speak with. When passed through to somebody else, the conversation I just had wasn't passed on in full and they were quite rude, dismissive and unhelpful.

We used Bassets for my wife’s parents who sadly passed within two days of each other. It took months to get a price for them to do probate for both parents, we had to chase continuously on the phone and in person, the secretary would say the solicitor was either away in a meeting or working from home but assured us she would contact us a soon as possible.
