Fabulous, beautiful, fun, lots of free activities, and very family oriented. Big Cedar Wilderness Club's huge lovely landscape is complete with a Table Rock Lake inlet. The rooms are fashionably decorated, clean and comfortable. There are fabulous parks nearby, and lively family oriented Branson tourist town nearby. A dream come true vacation.

This place is a total ****. They use other hotels to book your stays and give you a presentation. They had no one available onsite to help us check in and deal with a couple of issues and their main customer service was not available for 4 days at all at any number listed. When they were finally available to talk to it was to late and they refused to admit any fault in the issue. Would not refund my money after telling them I did not feel right staying somewhere that I was lied to about. I go to New Orleans no less than once... read more

Like so many others, the whole process was just a high pressure selling of ***** They make it sound great and tell everyone that none of their concerns, like not being able to book places you want to actually go, will every happen. They simply wear you down with hours long sales presentations. Then, they give you the comfort and security that you need to move forward by telling you that if you don't like it or it just doesn't work for you, they'll buy it back. Bluegreen takes advantage of senior citizens and keeps you in office for hours in order to wear you out mentally and emotionally. Said no multiple times, needed to go eat and they always had one more thing to show and before you know it you have been there 4or 5 hrs. They never really explain anything just its a great deal. I was initially impressed by the outstanding customer service I received both online and in person. So far, I have had great experiences with quality accommodations and knowledgeable personnel. While this vacation club isn't for everyone it has been great for our family so far and we look forward to many more awesome vacations with them. From the ease of booking vacations to the friendliness of the onsite staff we have yet to have a bad experience with bluegreen.

Every place we have visited so far have been excellent. The staff and grounds are always here for our enjoyment. They are kept up and staff is always courteous.

When we first made our purchase with Bluegreen, we had mentioned that we wanted to plan a trip to Germany since we had family stationed there in the Military. Our assigned salesperson jumped on this point pretty heavily and guaranteed that we would be able to convert our points to air miles to get us over to Germany, easily. We have had Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc for many years and have never had any problem. I can make a reservation on line without any charge if I have enough points and I can see what is time slots are available and best of all no charge for booking or a set time of year for using points. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the units are spotless! I recommend them to my friends often!
