This is such a sad company to have an ownership with! When we first signed up, they used our prized possession to convince us that we needed a timeshare, our son. They really seek out your weaknesses and use this against you!! They kept saying what a great opportunity it would be to provide him with extravagant vacations and how we could do so much with him if we signed up. They didn't tell the truth about my refund, then said I wasn't in the system. Then couldn't explain why their email stated the wrong amount, but assured me that I would get a full refund. Then when I asked, they said they had no record of the incorrect email that was sent to me. This experience was consistent with the other reviews regarding refunds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a condo vacation travel package and due to family circumstances was unable to travel. I informed the representative of this who let me know that we could easily extend it for a fee. Said that she'd call me when the time came to ensure I didn't lose it. Received a call AFTER the expiration and spoke to a customer care manager who stated that they don't ever call clients prior to expiration, only afterwards to try and sell them another package. He would not go back to listen to the original call... read more

Great place to vacation with multi-options to combine conferences and vacation close to the conference hotel - took trolley from Fountains to new Hilton; minimal walking involved. Those evenings we could enjoy lot of different food choices for dinner. Primarily stayed on east coast - looking forward to exploring others resorts mid country and West now that I'm retired. Love ocean front views at Seaglass Towers!

We've been owners for about 16 years and it's been a fantastic investment for us as an alternative to owning a cabin. We love the flexibility of points vs. fixed weeks. We've been to about half the resorts, including Hawaii and Aruba. We purchased this with retirement in mind and upgraded periodically to reach Platinum status, at which time we added our 4 kids to the deed so they will inherit it without all the cost and hassle of acquiring it.
