We have always enjoyed staying at the Fountains. Everyone of the staff greets you and says Hi.

We really enjoy using Bluegreen when taking our stay-cation. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and go out of their way to accommodate any needs we may have. The grounds are well maintained. The rooms are clean and well stocked kitchens make staying a pleasure.

We have been Bluegreen owners for 14 years. We love it and we use it. We have been able to show our now adult children a lot of places and we have made lots of memories with Bluegreen. I believe the value of vacation is increased using the Bluegreen system. Quality resorts and consistently well kept.

My husband and I have been owners for around 5 years now. We have not had a good experience. When we did the sampler everything was great. We were able to book when we wanted options were available. After that year everything started going down hill. During the presentation they say they will buy it back, we have tried after the first year and they will not. They told us our points were locked in and they wouldn't increase; I still have my book from when we first purchased so I have proof. We were told we can "refinance" but... read more

I have been very well taken care of by this company. Every trip has been wonderful. Looking forward to our next vacation. The only downside is they don't allow pets. We have to get a dog sitter for our 8 lbs dog who doesn't understand why she can't go with us.

Unhappy Customer. We are seeking assistance to get out of our Bluegreen timeshare since their customer service is no help whatsoever! All the help they provide requires more money out of your pocket as if everything you've given them isn't enough!! Bluegreen is such a money trap, they will do and say anything to get your wallet! The pressure that you endure during presentations before finally caving is so overwhelming and disheartening! I suggest that no one buys from Bluegreen!!! There is absolutely no value in their timeshares! The benefits of this supposed timeshare were presented but the follow up was nonexistent! The present all these amazing benefits but once you're an owner you never see these come to play. We are now indebted to Bluegreen through credit cards because no one explained the large amount of money that had to be paid up front until we already signed!! I am writing this to stop somebody from making the same mistake I did! I wrote a very well thought out letter to address the concerns I have had with them and they brushed it off and barely acknowledged it! I told them multiple times that I wasn't interested and they kept getting very upset every time I said no and would completely change their attitude! Bluegreen has not reached out to us at all in regards to our concerns! We reached out to them back in November and have yet to hear anything! We are so fed up with this company that we can't think straight! They have taken their money from us and now they could care less about helping us out of it! They promise the best customer service but we have yet to believe it!
