We've been owners for more than 12 years. I personally have never been subjected to high-pressure salesmanship although I do know people who have. I was rather frustrated trying to book something the first couple years as I never seemed to have enough points unless I combined saved points, current points and future points. The resort was beautifully maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful, and our unit had been recently updated with new furnishings.

Bluegreen Vacation resort is one of the best places I've stayed, I am one of the vacation owners and I am glad I purchased this time share, I use it often being that I can take just 2 to 3 days at a time and not the whole week, that is very convenient for me and my family. All the resorts I stayed at was clean, family friendly and tons of fun. I would recommend bluegreens to anyone looking for a timeshare. They also have tons of other things you can do to offset the yearly maintenance fee.

We have been owners for almost 3 years and have upgraded once. Positives: The resorts we have been to have been very clean and nicely decorated. I like the website and feel it is easy to navigate. There are many locations to choose from and I am excited to explore as many as I can. Customer Service has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. Negatives: I do not want to be bothered about doing an owner review every time I go to a resort. It can be hard to book certain resorts as they fill up early. That can be very frust... read more

DONT DO IT! This company is a scam. The fees go up at least $200 each year and they keep adding on additional fees. Avoid this unnecessary headache. They will tell you anything to get your money. RUN!

I have been a Bluegreen owner for many years and have enjoyed it very much. We have always had a great experience and never had a problem that was not taken care of immediately and they were just small things. We have been to many different resorts including Hawaii. Sorry I can't give no stars. As a regretful Bluegreen Owner, I was invited to Shore Crest SC to see one of the companies exciting properties. I thought I was going to see a new or remodeled resort only to find that I was going to get another sales pitch to extract another large sum of money to enhance my already useless Bluegreen points. It is impossible to book a vacation since all times at most resorts are taken unless you can book far in advance and have the newest "top rated" status.
