We are enjoying Bluegreen ownership to the utmost. We are stuck on Laurel Crest in Pigeon Forge and beginning to feel like it is our second home. The staff is extremely cordial and friendly and the grounds are exceptionally well kept. We just recently spent a week there and the fall decor was absolutely beautiful. We did an owner update while we were there and there was no pressure to do anything in which we were not interested. I travel solo, I became a B/G owner in 2013. I have since stayed at Sunshine resort in Orlando Fl. 8 times, just recently last September 2019 and at The Fountains in Orlando, Fl. 2 times, as recent as April 2019. I first stayed at a B/G resort in 2012 when a friend booked me in as a guest. I was hooked immediately, this was the 2nd time I had stayed at a timeshare, the first was not B/G. At first we thought Bluegreen wasn't going to be a good fit, but that was my fault. The more you learn about Bluegreen and what it offers the more you will enjoy it. The webiners are very informative, and you can call them anytime to answer questions. We have had several people use our Bluegreen and hope to have many more. It is very hard to manage when you are still working, We only had one bad experience, when we brought some friends with us and we ended up in a basement room with no view. We bought the sampler plan. Paid $895 cash last year and they gave us one year to use it. The 2 bedroom condo was nice and it was very relaxing. I think you should give people longer to use their points because life has a way of getting in the way of our plans. Also if anyone buys that package be sure and read your contract because there are hidden charges like $150. If you don't go to presentation which we went to but we still had to pay $71.24 for resort charges. When I called the resort about it I was told sometimes they ... read more

We have been B/G members since 2014. During this time we have visited 16 properties, 29 visits and a cruise to Alaska all by using our points. We have always complemented the great staffs, how well kept the grounds are, how the accommodations are always clean and the great interior designs. We have also booked Choice Hotels thru the site, I have also learned how to use Prizzma and have used it for visits to Nashville TN, St. Augustine FL and Rehoboth Beach DE., using points all positive experiences. My husband and I have only been w BlueGreen since Jan 2018. I will tell you the first six months after we bought in I was a WRECK... I regretted every single thing!
