When we first visited with Bluegreen, we were told that this would be an investment that would save us a great deal of money over time as the cost of family vacations and hotel lodging is continually increasing. Once we sat down with a sales representative, this became a one-time deal that we would never see again if we walked out of the door, so we made the purchase in trust of Bluegreen's word. Horrible experience. Lied constantly and never made anything right. Didn't even apologize for deceptive behavior.

I have been with Bluegreen for years and think this is the worst investment we have ever made. We have never been able to book using points at any resort during the periods available for our work schedules. I called them directly due to points expiring and was bounced around over the course of 2 hours on the phone. They booked us through their exchange and with an additional $1400 we were given the privilege and of staying at at a resort in FL for the same price as the posted rate on Trip Advisor... only ours also included o... read more

Blue green vacation resorts are always top notch! My biggest concerns when traveling are the cleanliness of the unit in which we stay, the overall condition of the property, the staff, location and amenities. Blue green checks all those boxes. Customer service is always helpful and the additional benefits that come with ownership are amazing!

Stayed at Horizons on 77th in Myrtle Beach. Spacious one bedroom with partial ocean view. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to beach past one resort and no street to cross.

This company does not know how to treat their employees. My spouse is employed by this company that bought out her previous company. No negative issues prior to Bluegreen taking over. Suddenly they have a problem with my spouse and not even documenting it properly. Stories make no sense and any feedback and truth that goes against their story is brushed off because that don't care and they are going to get their way no matter what. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I've been a blue green owner for nearly two years now. We have always been treated with respect and full disclosure of all fees, expenses, billing, etc. My family recently held our first Big Family Vacation (BFV) at Paradise Point, a Bluegreen entity, and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
