We purchased an account with Bluegreen in 2018 and haven't been able to use this timeshare at ALL! We spoke with Kimberly Gordon at the Wilderness Club at Big Cedar and we would not recommend Bluegreen to anyone after figuring out that a lot of what this salesperson told us was false. They started off the presentation we went to with a former news anchor that stated numerous times that people trusted her with providing pertinent information every night. During our 9 years of ownership, we've come to the realization that our purchases with Bluegreen have been nothing more than a financial burden rather than the "investment" that we were promised. Every year we would attend an owner's update meeting and we were led to believe that the additional investments to Bluegreen would pay for itself in the long run and save us thousands of dollars while we have the ability to take a vacation anywhere we would like to go! We want a refund of the contract we purchased with Bluegreen as soon as possible and would caution anyone from proceeding with this scam. We purchased at the Myrtle Beach sales facility in 2016 and aren't able to use this ownership unless we purchase more points... everything they tell you down to the amount of time you have sit in their presentation is deceptively advertised. Right now very disappointed. Have place a call to Harbor Lights to speak with the person who handled our new purchase. Been 3 days and he has yet to return my call. The mail he said I would receive in 7 days has not arrived so the information he gave us to upgrade looks to have been incorrect. Very disappointed.

I am 80 and the Mrs is 79 years old (shhh don't tell her I told)! We would never have imagined we would be drowning in debt during retirement because a company scammed us. We have been Bluegreen owners for almost 20 years. We've had a few "up and down" experiences but by far, the "up" experiences far outweigh the "down." Our most recent trip included "Cibola Vista Resort and Spa" in AZ and "Bluegreen Club 36" in Las Vegas. The resorts are always expertly cleaned and the grounds trimmed to perfection. Through the years we have been served efficiently and professionally - always warm and friendly. Thanks Bluegreen! Jack H.

My experience with Bluegreen vacations has always been awesome! The resorts we have used so far are great quality, employees courteous and professional always going above and beyond to help me get the most out of my points which are not the highest amounts. I made a purchase with Bluegreen a few years ago and would warn against proceeding with this company unless you want to lose some serious money to a ***** I can't believe the information the salespeople withheld from us - they didn't tell me that the maintenance fees would increase and they didn't tell me that I would have to pay extra fees for almost every transaction at Bluegreen resorts. If you're thinking in the back of your mind that Bluegreen has intentionally misinformed you on your purchases, your upgrades, and/or the benefits of your "ownership," then your gut feeling is right. We strongly believe that we have been lied to and lured into attending update meetings to purchase contracts that have little to no effect on our booking experiences, whatsoever.
