Just wanted to speak to someone on the phone! Answerphone message saying I must go on their website and enquire through there… Completely put me off. I’ll spend my money with a company that can be bothered to pick up the phone.
Purchased an item for next day delivery, 2 days later still heard nothing from them and needed part for today, contacted them via email and on instagram and had no reply, terrible customer service, AVOID ONLINE ORDERING
Found an item on their ebay account so decided to go and get it direct only to find it's £20 dearer. The guy behind the counter serving had no customer service skills at all. Turned back round and walked out.
Great service, got there with no clue what I needed to put new radio on my car, the guy been extremely helpful and helped me with any questions. Highly recommended
The lads here went above and beyond yesterday for me. I was after a power adapter and a 4 pin high level to rca to replace the 1s I'd left in a car i got rid of. They had the exact parts I needed and was priced fairly. Great service, definitely recommend them for your audio needs.
