Visited on thursday to look at forrester, not available so arranged to come back Saturday morning between 9.30 and 10.00 when I was told model would be available and could go for test drive, turned up only to find the car was "out with the manager" complete waste of my time. With the response "unavoidable" below would it not be a good idea to let your potential customer know? Prehaps with a phone call?
The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Service and MOT done yesterday and customer service was brilliant. Reminder was sent to me in time, easy to book in. Car done on time, everything explained and the car was valeted when I picked it up. Highly recommend this company. Staff so friendly and helpful. 5 stars no problem.
