You are looked after once you get an appointment but don't even try to phone, you'll be waiting forever, if needed please call and hire me to answer your phones because clearly you reception ladies are swamped and can't answer them. Waiting over 20min as caller number 1 highlights that reception needs help.
Been at this surgery since 1989 and can honestly say that I have never had a problem with the doctors or the receptionist
Extremely unprofessional practices. I have been a patient for 7 years, I was removed as a client because I was not active with ordering medication or booking an appointment for 4 months, without even being contacted by them. I found it out when needed to make a prescription for Psoriasis which is a condition that gets well and bad through the seasons, and my pharmacy told me the response was I was registered there. I am deeply disappointed in the GP practice
