Basil's Chef/owner Soerke is fantastic! We are never disappointed with our food or service! It is always spectacular!
We had the burger and the Beet salad. Both were delicious. The service was top notch. We sat outside- beautiful day in Carmel!

My husband and I picked this restaurant for Easter brunch celebration. The outside patio is dog friendly with heat lamps. Food was very tasty and flavarful with creative ingredients. I had black ink calamari which was amazing. My husband had sole with pure veggies in delish sauce. Rosted beat salad was great to split. Yummy drinks. Friendly staff. Carmel prices, but totally worth the experience.
