Just visited Basil. Met the new Chef (Bryce) and tried the new menu. Wow!! There were 4 of us and we all loved our selections. The pork belly was the best I’ve ever had and the chicken Milanese was delicious. My husband loved his pasta dish and our friends split the NY steak which was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to go back!!
Best restaurant so far here in Carmel. Amazing dishes. We had butternut squash filled spinach ravioli and king salmon. Cocktails were awesome. Service over the top. A beautiful dining experience. Try the house peach-tini and the one with the home made limoncello. Yum.
