All work was completed as contracted. So glad we're rid of the smell of mold and dampness. The men on the project were very professional and knew what they were doing. Even though things were covered there still was a lot of dust. We will use them again if the need arises.

Basement Waterproofing Nationwide installed a drainage system around the edge of my entire basement as well as exterior protection. The job was performed over two days. Recently, we've been having about 2 weeks of solid rain. I have yet to see water in my basement. I would definitely recommend Basement Waterproofing Nationwide to anyone with water issues.

Overall the service was good. The crew that came to my house was great. The salesman who made the initial contact was pretty good, but I did have one issue. When I wanted to make a change to the service I had decided on, after I had signed a service contract, he tried to talk me out of making the change even though I said I understood that it would not change the price.
