Of all the waterproofers I interviewed/got quotes from, this is the ONLY company who even pretended to listen to my concerns. Mike was respectful and responsive to my concerns and didn't just answer my questions but made sure I understood the answers. I docked them one star on value because of the inflexibility in their warranty (my work is unwarranted because, owning a duplex, I didn't get all 4 walls done ... because 1 of them is shared with another basement). BWN was extremely responsive and reliable starting with my initial call requesting a quote, to the in home visit to survey my issue, and then ultimately to scheduling and completing the work. They talked me through different approaches and made a recommendation about what they thought was the best course of action. The project was done on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and we haven't had an issue since. Definitely a good experience.

Both the consultant and the technician did an execellent job in explaining and advising of what the solution should be; they were not trying to sell more than what the consumer needs. The technician did an execellent job.

Overall good experience. Have not had water problem in basement since however they do say that your walls will not get wet because of the soil injections however our walls still get moist and with drywall this can create a problem. We still had to go out and buy waterproofing paint. Overall satisfied.
BWN did a good job and so far our basement has remained water-free, even during the last storm when many people had flooded basements. They did the work on schedule and cleaned up well. The unfinished part of our basement actually looks better than it did before.
