The work crew was excellent but BEWARE!!!! The contract is vague and in order to get your basement back it will cost $$$$ in reconstruction!!. I had a very bad experience with an office personnel who could assist, but could only say, "It was in the contract you signed." BUYER BEWARE!!!
BWN repaired our foundation that had a large crack in it. They were timely, efficient and affordable. Joe worked in the rain one day to get the job done. We were very pleased.
Very satisfied with the job they did. Joe was here early and walked us through every step of the process. He even explained and let my son watch the injection process he performed. Really above and beyond service.
Basement Waterproofing Nationwide is highly ethical and very effective. We engaged them last year to do some work. We thought we needed service this year but the problem turned out to be electrical in nature. Patrick M was dispatched to check it out. He was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. These guys were prompt, courteous, and solved a water problem that I've been struggling with for several years. They did a good job for me. I recommend them.
They did a great job for use about 3 years ago! Yes we can sleep through storms with stressing about our basement flooding. Highly recommend them. They were not the cheapest but the best!
