I had them come to a home I wanted to buy to assess waterproofing needs. Business was professional and easy to work with. If we decide to get work done, we'll go with Basement waterproofing probably.

I thought I needed a basement water proofing but it was a pipe issue. Because that is what was going to hire them for they were unable to tell me that it was not a basement issues. Thus, be educated about what you actually need.

Needed new drain system installed around edge of entire basement. Had new drain pipes to sump, new clean gravel intalled and new concrete applied over that at the edges. Good communications, great price. What really sold me was they use this bentonite stuff in soil around the house that creates a barrier to water. So the only water that can get in has to come from the water table. Only issue was I wonder if they couldn't have done a better job of finishing the new cement. Otherwise they'd be getting 5 stars. They arrived on time, and completed the project sooner than expected. The workers were very pleasant, and willing to answer my many questions about how the waterproofing process works. They took my concerns seriously, and did a great job. Thankfully, the project was completed just before Hurricane Irene arrived.
