The salesman spent hours with me until I fully understood what he was saying, and consequently, what needed to be done. Then, when the work was done, the supervisor also explained what was going on, answering all my questions fully. They did a terrific job cleaning up. Hope the work they did takes care of my slightly wet basement problem.
