Needed new drain system installed around edge of entire basement. Had new drain pipes to sump, new clean gravel intalled and new concrete applied over that at the edges. Good communications, great price. What really sold me was they use this bentonite stuff in soil around the house that creates a barrier to water. So the only water that can get in has to come from the water table. Only issue was I wonder if they couldn't have done a better job of finishing the new cement. Otherwise they'd be getting 5 stars. They arrived on time, and completed the project sooner than expected. The workers were very pleasant, and willing to answer my many questions about how the waterproofing process works. They took my concerns seriously, and did a great job. Thankfully, the project was completed just before Hurricane Irene arrived.

BWN appeared to do an excellent job installing a sump pump system in our garage. My only complaint is that the external discharge system they "installed" consisted of at least 15 feet of large, unwieldy ADS piping that looked horrible and presented a tripping hazard (even contractors doing other work on the house commented negatively on it). When I asked BWN if they could make it less aesthetically and functionally displeasing, I was told that they don't bury their piping lest blockage occur. Having spoken with many other wa... read more
BWN did an excellent job installing my interior drain system as well as the exterior piping. They completed the job in 2 days as expected and cleaned up after themselves very well. There wasn't near the dust as I anticipated. The foreman was great to work with, very helpful and answered all of my questions. We have had nothing but rain since I had the work done and so far I have had no interior water leakage. Thanks BWN!

This company gave me the best price from the beginning. The salesman was professional and said nothing negative about competitors, unlike the two other companies I met with. The crew was very neat. When they left the job was nicely done and everything was cleaned up. I am very satisfied with BWN and would most definitely recommend them.
