Overall the service was good. The crew that came to my house was great. The salesman who made the initial contact was pretty good, but I did have one issue. When I wanted to make a change to the service I had decided on, after I had signed a service contract, he tried to talk me out of making the change even though I said I understood that it would not change the price. The salesman spent hours with me until I fully understood what he was saying, and consequently, what needed to be done. Then, when the work was done, the supervisor also explained what was going on, answering all my questions fully. They did a terrific job cleaning up. Hope the work they did takes care of my slightly wet basement problem.
