Brilliant company ! I had just the best service and experience with them - starting from the beginning till now. I’d honestly give 0 stars if that was an option. Poor communication, no compassion when we and our 2 young children were in a house of mould and damp for 10.5 months, mould and damp house that wallpaper was lifting, sealant down the side of the wall to “stop” it instead of addressing the main issue no extractor fans no vents anywhere in the property. between them and the landlord repairs only get done if the rent is then increased. If your a landlord go with these as you’ll be okay, but if you’re a tenant I’d stay well away.... read more
