This was the second time Jordan and the team have fitted windows and they have provided a great service both times. Jordan was prompt to come out and give us a quote, taking time to advise us on how to reconfigure a large bedroom window and the fitting was completed within the given timeframe. Will definitely ask them back to complete the rest of the windows.

Incredibly unprofessional business. They take forever to return calls, the receptionist is unorganised and rude majority of the time. I asked for a quote in three parts for the work and agreed to go ahead with the door from them and the windows from elsewhere because they were £1300 more. The owner calls me on the morning of the final measurements to tell me the quote has gone up £180 and they can’t do the price and tried to tell me they quoted as a whole when the written quote is separate. Unprofessional and unorganised.
We had a new composite door fitted. It looks great and the service was excellent. Really friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely thrilled to bits with my new windows and doors. The fitters worked so hard and were extremely well mannered and polite. Would recommend them to anyone who wants new windows or doors. Thank-you very much all of you for what you have done . 11 out of 10 . Thanks again.
