Always quick to respond to calls or emails ( even at weekends) Very proactive and helpful when needed Definitely one of the better management agents Our building looks smart, well cared for and any repairs are done quickly and professionally Definitely one to choose if you are looking to change agency or have a new block looked after
Can create more excuses, than doing jobs. Needs chasing hopelessly though, just to make something simple happen. Truly worth having a 2.3 google review. The high standard (!) they are maintaining, it is high time it will go down to 1, which still would be over rating for them anyway, based on their service to the customers/tenants.
A special thank you to Carol who sorted out the replacement recycling bins at Knight's Lodge, Highcroft Estate. A sterling effort from her. She is dedicated and courteous. A true professional.
Bartley Management have managed my block of flats for 10 years. I have always found them to be outstanding … professional, swift to reply and action, courteous and helpful. They are the best Management company I have ever worked with and my fellow neighbours say the same. Special shout out to my main contact, Francesca who is phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Various people living in our block have been trying to contact Bartleys regarding an out of service lift in Southampton. It would appear that Bartleys are, at best, indifferent to the inconvenience it causes. We would very much like to speak to Carole, she is brilliant at getting things moving. Edit. After some initial communication issues, on both sides. It is now sorted out. Bartleys had a team of engineers on site within thirty six hours. And they did not leave until was finished.
