Our family has been patients since 1989 (24 years). There's nowhere else we would ever consider going unless we had to move out of town; Even then, we would travel to remain patients there if the drive was feasible for distance and time. The whole staff has become friends to us, while still displaying superior professionalism and giving the best care over all these years!
This office is very thorough. This is my new dental home.
I enjoy going to the dentist. What a statement!! All of the personnel are outstanding and helpful. The atmosphere in the office is great-you are always welcomed and treated as if you are the only person in the office. Dr Ruder has a way or relaxing you when you are facing dental procedures.
Everyone is always so friendly and I feel well taken care of!
Both doctors and hygienists are so professional and kind...have been a patient for years and have always been more than happy with this practice.
My visit did not go we'll at all and I will not be back. Upon arriving the staff working the front desk was warm and welcoming but when I encountered Dr. Gano's assistant It went downhill from there. She was sarcastic and did not treat me with the level of professionalism that is expected in a medical environment. I was written a prescription that was did not effectively alleviate the pain I was and still am experiencing. Beth was excellent, warm and friendly. And of course I love Dr. Caldwell; he always makes me feel at ease.
I had an excellent overall experience. Staff is professional, the facility is clean and bright, and the atmosphere is relaxing.
I cannot sing your praises loud enough! Your staff is always, warm, friendly, helpful, and informative. You treat each other and your patients like family. Thanks for making my trips to the dentist as pleasant an experience as is possible.
