the appointment process was easy. The nurse and dentist explained everything thoroughly. The office setting is very comfortable I would have preferred if I had had some of the work needed started the same day.
This is a great dental practice. Dr Caldwell has been my dentist for years. I have only had good experiences here. And yes, I have had more than cleaning done. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Our family has gone to this dental practice since 1989 (24 years). If I could rate them higher than five stars, I/we certainly would. Not only is the care and professionalism the best, the staff couldn't be any nicer or more helpful. The office is well-run, the cleanliness is superior, and each visit offers a pleasant experience. If we ever had to move out of town, we would make the drive to remain patients if the distance and time were feasible.
