The staff is great as always! The new receptionist did not let Beth know I was there so I waited for a while which usually I never get to look at a magazine. Dr. Ruder is our favorite dentist!
Love my Dentist and everyone who works there.
Got to appointment early and the girls at the front desk were very loud. They were laughing and talking very loudly. Was very distracting for those of us waiting. That is my only complaint. Love Dr. Ruder!
I have been a patient of Dr. Caldwell for many years and have always been impressed with his care and professionalism. The rest of the team is always great - kind, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely recommend this office team!
A few weeks ago I had to cancel on short notice because my mother had recently gone into hospice and needed my help. The office was very understanding and when my mother did pass away a few weeks later I received a card from the office w/ condolences from everyone in the office. That's just the kind of place this is, caring, compassionate, understanding and excellent at what they do.
