Bartlett Dental office has always treated me and my family with wonderful service.
I have lived in Memphis for almost two years & was always nervous to go to a dentist in this area. I finally built up the courage to try one and I found out about Bartlett Dental Associates. They were super friendly and thoroughly explained everything. They made me feel so comfortable & relaxed. It was truly a great experience & I will def. be looking to them for all my dental needs from now on.

My experience at Barlett Dental was a great one the staff was welcoming and greeted me with a smile, the wait time was minimal and meeting the dentist himself was great. I'm sorry I didn't think to ask the name of the hygienist, as she was not the usual one I've been seeing. I was notified that there was a personal emergency, but other arrangements had been made. The young woman who was filling in was very personable, did a thorough job of cleaning, & thanked me for an enjoyable conversation when I left. I'm sorry I didn't think to ask the name of the young lady who cleaned my teeth. I had been informed there was a personal emergency of the usual hygienist, but arrangements had been made. She was very friendly, cleaned my teeth thoroughly, & thanked me for an enjoyable conversation. If she isn't already a member of your staff, you need to think seriously about making sure she stays! Excellent professional service on each visit!
5 - Dr. Caldwell is only my 2nd dentist. My experience is limited, however the service I hsve received from this office Is exceptional. He and everyone in the office are professional, knowledgable, and kind. They know what to do and hoe to do it. Thsnks f2f or making my visits welcomed!
