This was my first time to BDA and I must say, it was fantastic. I have anxiety and Beth just made me feel right at home, making me feel comfortable and explaining everything to me before she did anything. She also gave me music to listen to, to calm me down. Dr. Caldwell was also very professional and was very nice. This was definitely the best dentist experience I have ever had.
Excellent service and customer oriented staff.
I have no complaints at all! Mary was extremely nice and understanding! Dr Ruder I only met briefly, but he seems kind. I definitely will go back, and I would recommend them to anyone!
