Horrendous
Just called to make an appointment - the prerecorded voice said I was nr 1 in the queue. I was on hold for 15 minutes, then had to hang up because I'm at work and couldn't be on the phone any longer. The doctors at this surgery are ok but making an appointment is becoming so incredibly difficult it gives me anxiety. Between the time you are left on hold and the fact that I work full time so I can't always call at the exact time they've decided each type of enquiry is allowed, or pop in to book in person, I end up delaying bo... read more
They’re very good when you get there; but you CAN’T get there because they almost never have appointments. Non-available service, essentially. Plus if you try to book online you get an error message. Awful.
terrible service. can’t even get through to reception to book an appointment. the practitioners and trainees don’t understand A CLUE what they’re doing. should really be trying better especially when they have people dying in their hands. truly disgusting.
Dr Turner is amazing (she's on family leave now) and very hard to get an appointment with because she's part-time and everyone wants an appointment with her! She was the only doctor that took my daughter's health condition seriously (I saw many doctors for 2/3 years and was fobbed off) and Dr Turner got her referred so we got the diagnosis and then the life-changing operation that she needed when she was three years old.
