An amazing "family" here that LOVES their customers and what they do. I owe some amazing experiences to this group and wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend them. Great selection of bikes and gear but what really impresses me is their ability to customize ANYTHING and go above and beyond when it comes to wow-ing their clients. You guys seriously rock here!!!!!

I've purchased 3 bikes from Bartels, 2 used and 1 new. This family owned shop has been in LA for over 30 years and their success can only be blamed on the straight-up honest and sincere appreciation they show existing customers as well as the new rider looking for a first HD.
It's a beautiful store--large with something for everyone. Tons of clothing, with separate boutiques for men and women. Lots and lots of shoes and boots and shirts. Couple of employees that I talked to were friendly.
In every section of the store I enter, there is someone to help. Even if you're not interested in buying a bike the salespeople are more than happy to show you what they got.
They have a huge selection of bikes, parts and apparel.
